Exporting results

There are two ways to get results out of a table: a CSV download for the manager, and a public, read-only link you can share with anyone.

Download Results (CSV)

On the manager dashboard's Results section, click Download Results. The file is generated in your browser (no server round-trip) and named after your table, e.g. Q4_Feature_Prioritization_results.csv.

Every export includes these base columns, in rank order:

  • Rank
  • Initiative Title
  • Description
  • Tags
  • Methodology
  • Calculated Score
  • Number of Votes

Plus a few extra columns depending on the table's methodology:

MethodologyExtra columns
ICEAvg Impact, Avg Confidence (%), Avg Ease
RICEAvg Reach, Avg Impact, Avg Confidence, Avg Effort
MoSCoWFinal Category, Must / Should / Could / Won't vote counts
Buy a FeatureCost, Total Investment, Number of Buyers
WSJFWSJF Score, Cost of Delay, Avg Business Value, Avg Time Criticality, Avg Risk Reduction, Avg Job Size
Paired ComparisonWin Count, Win Rate (%)
Weighted Decision MatrixWeighted Score, plus one column per criterion with its average score

Because it's generated in your browser from the dashboard you're already logged into, only an authenticated manager can download it.

Public results URL

If you want to share live results with people who shouldn't have manager or voter access — stakeholders, leadership, a wider audience — turn on public sharing in the Results section of the manager dashboard.

  • Flip the toggle to generate a public results link, shown with a copy button.
  • The link looks like /results/<public_share_key> and needs no password or login to view.
  • It's read-only: rankings and tag filters, but no way to vote or edit anything.
  • It shows the same live rankings as the dashboard, for every supported methodology.
  • Turn the toggle off at any time to stop the link from working.
