Voting
As a voter, you take part through a personal link the table's manager sends you — there's nothing to sign up for.
1. Open your link
Open the /vote/<access_token> link the manager shared with you. If the table has a voter password set, you'll be asked to enter it before you can see anything. If no voter password is set, you're taken straight to the voting page.
2. Score each initiative
You'll see every initiative the manager added, each with a title and description. What you enter depends on the table's methodology:
ICE
Rate Impact (1–10), Confidence (1–100%), and Ease (1–10). Your score is calculated as (Impact × Confidence%) / Ease.
RICE
Rate Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort (1–10 each). Your score is (Reach × Impact × Confidence) / Effort.
MoSCoW
Pick one category per initiative: 🔴 Must-have, 🟠 Should-have, 🔵 Could-have, or ⚪ Won't-have. There's no number to calculate — the final category is decided by which one most voters picked.
Buy a Feature
You get a fixed budget for the whole table. Each initiative has a cost — "buy" the ones you want to prioritize, as long as you don't go over budget. You can buy each initiative at most once, you don't have to spend everything, and you can change your purchases anytime before the vote closes. Rankings go by total amount invested across all voters.
WSJF
Rate Business Value, Time Criticality, and Risk Reduction / Opportunity (each 1–20, whole numbers), plus Job Size (1–20). The tool computes Cost of Delay = BV + TC + RROE and WSJF = Cost of Delay / Job Size for you in real time.
Paired Comparison
Instead of scoring, you're shown two initiatives at a time and pick the one that should be the higher priority. You'll go through a handful of rounds (roughly log₂ of the number of initiatives) with pairing that adapts as you go. Final rank is based on how many comparisons each initiative won.
Weighted Decision Matrix
The manager defines the criteria (for example Cost, Impact, Feasibility) and their weights. For each initiative, score every criterion within its configured range (1–10 by default). Your weighted total is Σ (criterion score × criterion weight / 100), shown as you go.
3. Edit your scores
Nothing is locked in once you save. Go back to any initiative, change your input, and save again — your previous score is simply replaced, both for you and in the live results.
4. Live rankings
Results are visible during voting, not revealed afterward. The voting page includes a Results view showing the current calculated ranking and the other voters' individual scores, updating as people vote — including before you've finished voting yourself.
Comments
Each initiative has an expandable comments section where you and the manager can leave short notes (up to 180 characters, up to 5 comments per person per initiative) — handy for explaining a score or flagging something the manager should know before the table closes.
If your team is still gathering feedback before prioritizing, a retrospective board is a separate flow for that — not covered here.
